1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UroMatch University website at uromatchuniversity.com (the "Site"), creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or booking a coaching session, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or any of its services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and UroMatch University ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

UroMatch University offers the following services to medical students and applicants pursuing urology residency:

• Free Content: Publicly accessible blog articles covering application strategy, interview preparation, and the residency match process.
• Premium Subscriptions: Paid access to an expanded library of articles, guides, templates, and resources not available to free users.
• 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Scheduled video or phone consultations with a current urology resident providing personalized guidance.

3. Educational Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results

UroMatch University is an educational platform. Coaching sessions represent peer mentorship from a current resident sharing personal experience and perspective. They do not constitute professional advising in any licensed capacity.

Any statistics or success figures referenced on the Site (e.g., match rates) reflect the self-reported outcomes of a limited number of students who have used the service and are not a guarantee or prediction of your individual result.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access premium content or book coaching sessions, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Promptly notify us at our contact form of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Site or its users.

5. Subscription Terms

Access: Premium subscriptions grant individual, non-transferable access to premium content for the duration of the subscription period. You may not share, resell, or distribute access to your account.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout). Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will not receive a separate renewal notice prior to each automatic charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to premium content continues until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds on Digital Content: Because premium content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced and content has been accessed.

6. Coaching Session Terms

Booking: Coaching sessions are scheduled through the booking system on the Site. Sessions are subject to coach availability. Confirmation of a session constitutes a binding agreement to the session fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation 24 or more hours before the scheduled session: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund will be issued.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued and the session fee is forfeited.
• Coach cancellation: If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Session Conduct: Coaching sessions must be used for their intended educational purpose. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent from both parties.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. UroMatch University does not store, access, or retain your full credit card number or payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; any changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to articles, guides, templates, videos, graphics, course materials, and the UroMatch University name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of UroMatch University and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Site content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UroMatch University, its owner, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or failure to match into a residency program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to UroMatch University in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [STATE].
